Welcome to The Yoga Village!

I invite you to come experience the joy of yoga.  More than just a physical practice, I have found that its benefits permeate all facets of life.  The practice of yoga can help maintain physical, mental and emotional health, regardless of age or present physical condition.

The Yoga Village offers regular yoga classes at various levels to suit the student's need.  In addition, Introduction to Yoga Workshops are held a few times per semester for those who are new to yoga or individuals wanting a refresher course.  All are welcome.
